Registration for CSI 2023 for in-person attendees includes access to live clinics and all meals are included. Through the use of our event platform, ALL attendees have access to session live streams, access to all available session replays for 90 days, communication with all registrants and clinicians, concerts, and a tour of the Conn Selmer Elkhart facilities.

Please contact Beth Horton to assist you.

Virtual sessions will be live-streamed, so you are able to join the live session in progress, interact with session attendees and faculty via the live chat. Replays will also be available if there are sessions that are offered during times you are unavailable.

We are using the platform Socio to build an app specifically for the event that will allow you to connect with other attendees, faculty and sponsors via chat and video rooms. Our goal is to make this as connected as possible to the live experience for those unable to attend in-person.

Attire for the event is business casual. If attending the factory tour, closed toe and closed heel shoes are required for your safety. The weather forecast for the event is predicting temperatures in the 70's and 80's with a chance of rain. You will do a fair amount of walking, so make sure you have appropriate footwear. If staying in the dorms, bed linens, pillow, a towel, and a washcloth will be provided. You will need to bring your own toiletries, including hand soap for the bathrooms. Remember to bring your instrument for the reading ensemble. If you sign up to request usage of a large instrument, you will still need to bring your own mouthpiece. We also ask that all percussionists playing in the ensembles bring their own sticks/mallets.
